Quick Keto Stir Fry


There are days in our lives when standing in the kitchen prepping for hours, waiting for slow cookers, or standing and stirring are just not possible. There are also days in which we want a full, healthy meal, forgoing the drive-thru. To champion tiredness of the day and meet nutritional goals, try preparing a quick keto stir fry to see if it does the trick. This quick keto stir fry was made in about 20 minutes using ground chuck seasoned to taste, 3/4 of the Green Giant Tri-Color Slaw Mix, 2 Carolina Pride Sausage Links, and 1/2 of  a Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage link.

Simple steps:

  1. Brown and season ground beef
  2. One the ground beef is 3/4 complete, add sliced sausages links (both kinds)
  3. One all meat is brown, test and taste flavor, add more as needed
  4. add Green Giant Tri-Color Slaw Mix and cook to desired doneness
  5. Let cool
  6. Serve

Though the meal was full as it was, I wanted to top it off nicely with a scrambled egg. The combination made for a perfect meal in about 20 minutes.


Green Giant Tri-Color Slaw

1/2 of Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage

2 Carolina Pride Red Sausage

1 Pound of Ground Beef (less can be used)


salt, pepper, and Equal to taste
